Here Goes Nothing!
Hello Folks! I am Anusha and I guess I am a blogger now since I have a Blog and everything!
I consider this my reemergence to the blogging sphere - yeap I used to have a blog and it was titled "The Ditch Mistress" *major cringe* HAHA I know I know but this was a long long time ago so cut me some slack and keep your laughs to yourself guys!
Anyhoo, I've decided to give this blogging thing a shot again because I love talking/writing and this space is a perfect platform to translate my thoughts into words. So feel free to indulge in my ramblings and judge me if you must. HAHA. I kid. Be nice, please! :)
Now I am just staring blankly at the screen... Man first posts are always the hardest! *gulp* Okay I got this!
Honestly, I have been toying with the idea of starting a blog for some time now but I never really got to it until this very moment. After many (failed) attempts at naming my blog, I finally decided on Happykiz -which means happy girl. Kiz is a Turkish word that means girl, female, chick, gal - you get the gist. I really like the way it sounds; plus I think it has a nice ring to it 😬
It’s just me keeping it really simple this time. I have come a long way since "the ditch mistress". Hehe.
Alrighty guys, if you let me I will be at this the whole day. Told you I love to talk. HAHA. I promise the next post will be a lot more interesting! I am not sure if someone other than me and my husband (he has no choice, really) is actually reading this post. If you are please holler at me and if it’s not too much to ask please let me know what you would like me to write about next.
In the meantime, I am just gonna leave you guys with a photo from one of my travels.
This photo was taken in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan sometime in January 2022 shortly after witnessing the most AMAZING circus organized by the Government of the said country #neverseenanythinglikethat. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to record the event but thanks to my Instagram husband, I managed to get a shot with the majestic Akhal Teke right outside the venue. Super grateful for enriching experiences like this one that enable me to see and explore the world!
A glimpse of this magnificent creature. Managed to get a little footage of the live behind the scenes action before the show started.
